zzz d8fee276f0 Remove restrictive SSL cipher list which caused nothing to work (ticket #2079 )

Version 1.2.2-0.4
Use the I2P utility to blacklist weak ciphers, rather than specifying
a whitelist of 4 ciphers, for the V3 handshake.
