Adapted from old jrandom EepPost, removed in 2012 as unused
Possible base for I2PSocketEepPost, or may get moved,
because there's not much use for a CLI EepPost.

tested and merged into plus 2025-05-12
however of limited use, even for snark upload to postman API, as we need a I2PSocket version.
